The service
Ronifit gives gyms software to manage members, payments, classes, training, lockers, expenses and investors, and gives members a free portal. We work to keep it available and secure but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
Plans and billing
Gyms pay the plan price shown on our pricing page, in Kenyan shillings, monthly or yearly. The first 30 days are free. There is no setup fee and no minimum term; you can cancel at any time and your access continues to the end of the paid period.
Your data
Your gym’s data belongs to your gym. You can export it at any time. We only use it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Fair use
Do not use Ronifit for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to access data you are not allowed to see. We may suspend accounts that put other users at risk.
Liability
We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer law.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms we will tell gyms by email at least 30 days before. Questions: Niclausel@gmail.com.
