Do members pay anything to use Ronifit?
No. The member portal is free for every member of a Ronifit gym. You pay your gym for your membership, exactly as before.
What can I see in the member portal?
Every receipt for every payment, your visits and streaks, your class bookings, your personal training sessions, your locker reservation and notifications from your gym, such as renewal reminders or a class change.
My gym is not on Ronifit yet. Can I still join?
You can create a member account now and ask your gym to join. Owners can register their gym in a few minutes, or reach us on WhatsApp and we will call them.
Who can see my personal information?
Only your gym’s staff, and only what they need to run your membership. Ronifit does not sell member data or show you ads. Read the privacy policy for the details.
Where is Ronifit available?
Ronifit is built in Kenya and works anywhere in East Africa. Gyms in Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda already use it.
