Most single-location gyms are running within a day. Send us your member list as a spreadsheet, a photo of the notebook or a WhatsApp export and we help you bring it in. On Taifa we do the whole migration for you.

No. Plans are month to month with no setup fee, and the first 30 days are free. If you pay yearly you get two months free. You can export all your data at any time.

Yes. Jiji covers up to three branches and Taifa has no limit. You switch between branches from one login, and reports can be read per branch or for the whole company.

Yes, from Jiji. Each investor’s contributions and share percentage are recorded with approvals; when someone adds money, shares are recalculated and previewed before anything is saved. Taifa adds dividends with approvals and a statement for every partner.

Yes, on Jiji and Taifa. Keep every employee’s details, role and contract, run payroll with salaries, trainer commissions and deductions, and give everyone a payslip. Staff clock in and out, so attendance and pay line up. Taifa can run payroll per branch.

It grows with you. Mtaa covers the basics: income, expenses, M-Pesa and cash accounts, automatic receipts and a daily cash summary. Jiji adds bank and petty cash accounts, transfers, expense approvals, monthly reports and a profit & loss statement. Taifa adds full accounts: balance sheet, general ledger, trial balance, journals, assets and liabilities, across every branch.

On Jiji and Taifa, every enquiry from the front desk, WhatsApp or your website becomes a lead with follow-up reminders. Move each one from new to contacted to trial to member, then convert them in one tap. Taifa shows conversion rates by source and by staff member.

Your front desk sees a live locker board. Members can reserve a locker from their portal, day-pass visitors can be given a locker with their pass, and every assignment is logged with a name and time.

No. The member portal is free for every member of a Ronifit gym. You pay your gym for your membership, exactly as before.

You can create a member account now and ask your gym to join. Owners can register their gym in a few minutes, or reach us on WhatsApp and we will call them.
