Who we are

Ronifit provides gym management software. Gyms (our customers) use Ronifit to manage their members. For member data, the gym is the data controller and Ronifit processes it on the gym’s behalf. For people who contact us or register a gym, Ronifit is the data controller. You can reach us at Niclausel@gmail.com.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, gym name) when you write to us or register.

For gym members, on behalf of their gym: name, contact details, membership plan, payments and receipts, check-ins, class and training bookings and locker reservations.

Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To provide the service your gym signed up for, to reply to you, to send receipts and reminders your gym has switched on, and to keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run Ronifit (hosting, SMS and email delivery, payment confirmation), under contracts that protect your data, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data. Members should contact their gym first; we will help the gym respond. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya.

How long we keep it

For as long as the gym’s account is active and then as long as the law requires for financial records. Enquiries are deleted after 24 months without contact.
